We’re excited to announce our 9th annual Women’s STARS Program will be held June 15–21 and applications are now open! This free residential summer program is designed to encourage young women to pursue studies and careers in STEM fields. High school women (incoming freshmen through exiting seniors) attending any public, private, or homeschool in the State of Hawaiʻi are eligible to apply. Participating students meet STEM professionals and leaders, experience fun hands-on workshops, tour local science facilities, and meet like-minded peers. We’ve been working hard to organize and create a memorable and impactful experience this summer. We look forward to meeting the next cohort of STARS students!
