Education & Outreach

ENGAGING YOUTH WITH AEROSPACE INNOVATION

PISCES is dedicated to engaging and inspiring students and the broader community through hands-on aerospace education and career exploration. Through research and robotics internships and our annual STARS program, we provide students with unique experiences and resources to help them succeed in STEM studies and careers. We also work with local STEM organizations and schools to support and host a variety of outreach events. Each year our programs and outreach efforts impact some 4,500 people across Hawaiʻi.

Outreach Events We Support:

  • Journey Through The Universe
  • Science & ‘Ohana nights at local K-12 Schools
  • AstroDay – East & West Hawai’i
  • College & Career Fairs
  • ʻOhana Stargazing
  • HSTM Fall Break STEM Camp
  • UH Hilo Campus Events
  • VexIQ Robotics Competitions
