Applications for NexTech Hawaiʻi’s 2022 FishTank Design Competition are open! Big Island students in grades 6–12 are eligible to apply for this annual STEM challenge focused on finding practical solutions for local problems. This year’s theme is sustainability. Teams of two to four students will find a solution together using the “Engineering Design Process,” receiving mentorship and support from local leaders and STEM experts.
