Jack J. Fox, the Chief of Science and Technology Projects Division for NASA Kennedy Space Center, recently sent a letter to the Pacific International Space Center for Exploration Systems.  It reads as follows:

During our 2015 field testing of the robotic Vertical Take-off Vertical Landing pad construction technology, your PISCES team’s efforts were paramount to our success. Examples of your “above and beyond the call of duty” efforts include identification of a test site, site preparation, integration of the robot arm onto the PISCES rover, and conduct of the robotic construction operation.

Please pass along our most sincere appreciation to all of the PISCES team members who supported the successful 2015 robotic VTVL pad construction field testing. We look forward to continued collaboration with PISCES.
