The Pacific International Space Center for Exploration Systems (PISCES) is excited to announce that it is now a corporate member of the Imiloa Astronomy Center.
Imiloa is a cultural and educational center located in Hilo. The facility features a 120-seat digital full-dome planetarium, exhibits, and a native garden – all showcasing Hawaii’s rich history with the stars and its cultural connections to the groundbreaking, scientific research being conducted on the islands that aim to advance human exploration.
Part of Imiloa’s vision is in line with PISCES’s, which is to invest in Hawaii’s keiki (children) and inspire them to seek a career in science via STEM education.
PISCES is honored to be a part of Imiloa’s team and is looking forward to working on joint ventures together.
