INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

PAID SUMMER INTERNSHIPS

Our 10-week summer internship provides paid, hands-on experience to college students in one of two tracks: Robotics or Materials Science. These tracks incorporate electronics technology, software programming, hardware engineering, planetary science and geology. Students are assigned specific project goals and must work both in teams and individually to meet deadlines. Interns are also invited to bring their own ideas and creativity to projects offered at PISCES.

CREDIT-BASED INTERNSHIPS

We offer credit-based internships in partnership with Hawaii Community College and other UH schools by special arrangement. Eligible students receive hour-for-hour classroom credit during the school semester and gain technical skills to prepare them for exciting jobs in technology, engineering, computer and natural sciences.
