UH Institute for Astronomy is seeking participants for NASA’s 2023 International Space Apps Challenge in Hawaiʻi during Oct. 7–8. This annual global hackathon aims to inspire collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking about space science and exploration. Individuals or small teams of two to five people can sign up to solve a specific challenge; individuals who register will be grouped with others to form small teams. Coding experience is not required for everyone! These challenges are best solved using imagination and a variety of skillsets. For Hawaiʻi-based teams, UH IfA is also seeking judges to evaluate entries and mentors to help teams without a designated leader.
