The SpaceX Falcon 9 Full Thrust rocket carrying a satellite resulted an in explosion Thursday before an operations test.
The explosion occurred around 9 a.m. EST at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station’s Space Launch Complex 40 in Florida.
The rocket was set to launch a few days later. The Israeli satellite was suppose to be leased by Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook and provide internet access to sub-Saharan Africa.
